The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Excellent location of the hotel close to the events we had going on. The staff was exceptionally nice & decent.

The hotel's location was PERFECT, near to restaurants and the northwest Chicago suburbs. Units with the fireplace.

I stayed at this hotel for weekend, it was a very nice stay. Loved the room with the newer firmer pillows, my bed was comfortable.

Brand-new rooms with a king sized bed. A great selection of food at breakfast like pancakes and bacon. Great and perfect location in 2 different airports in a very nice area. Early check in and late check out. Outstandingly accommodating and supper friendly staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

The location is comfy and perfect and it is near to restaurants and shopping, and many attractions in Lake Zurich such as Paulus Park right across the street. The staff are very friendly and attentive, we loved them.

This newly remodelled hotel is good for long weekend. The staff is excellent, outstandingly accommodating. It has marvellous, magnificent setting, near convenient stores. Besides, we loved the lake, located within 10 mins walk of the property.

The location it offers is great, so close to retail stores and places to eat, other Northwest suburbs, and Lake Zurich and North Barrington.

The rooms here are spacious and absolutely spotless with the fireplace.

We had a nice stay at this newly renovated and convenient hotel. Excellent service, although a few employees were chatty. The breakfast was wonderful with bacon, biscuits, gravy, and the restaurant was nice.

The hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from the reception, which was a great convenience. The staff was accommodating with early check-ins and were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and had great amenities such as a good TV and mini-fridge. The temperature control in the rooms was also efficient.

There were a couple of incidents where the room was not cleaned until the afternoon, after I had returned from being out for a while. This was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, being close to everything we needed and right across from a great picnic area on the lake. The hotel facilities, including the gym, pool, and hot tub, were clean and well-kept. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

All good.

Tastefully decorated and brand-new room with the fireplace was enjoyable. The breakfast was complimentary with bagels and the wonderful cinnamon rolls, as example, worth the price.

The hotel staff was kind of rude.
